Because our work is strategy-based and begins immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the resources we allocate to every client project.
One-Time Package Purchases

All one-time package payments (used during your first month of service) are non-refundable.

These services begin right after payment is received and involve creative setup, ad deployment, and analytics tracking — all of which cannot be reversed or undone once started.
Ongoing Plans (Month-to-Month & Contracts)

Month-to-Month:

Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

You may cancel any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Contracts (3, 6, or 12 Months):

Clients may cancel early by paying an early termination fee equal to one full billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for partial completion or early termination if the client has paid for the full contract term upfront.

Upfront Payments

Clients who pay upfront for a contract term (3, 6, or 12 months) receive discounted pricing and bonus deliverables.

These payments are non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to continue mid-term.
Exceptions & Clarifications

Changes of mind or business direction after purchase
