Terms & Conditions

We believe in transparency. These Terms & Conditions explain how our services work, how payments are handled, and what you can expect when working with Roussell Media Co.
Payment & Billing

All services are billed upfront before work begins.

Ad spend for Facebook/Instagram campaigns is not included in package pricing and must be paid separately by the client.

All pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and is subject to applicable taxes.
First Month Trial

Your first month is a one-time charge with no ongoing commitment.

After the trial month, you may continue on a month-to-month basis or commit to a 3, 6, or 12-month contract with discounts and added benefits.
Ongoing Plans & Commitments

Month-to-Month Plans
Clients on month-to-month billing pay the full package price and may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle without penalty. -
Contract Plans (3, 6, or 12 Months)
Contract plans are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a fixed-term commitment. Early cancellation of a contract will result in an early termination fee equal to one full billing cycle at the standard package rate. -
Upfront Payments
Clients who pay upfront for contract terms receive added benefits such as bonus deliverables or extended service time. These payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments are final and non-refundable.

This applies to trial months, recurring contracts, and upfront plans.
Client Responsibilities

Provide logos, branding assets, and content (photos, videos, etc.) within 7 days of onboarding.

Approve creative drafts and ad campaigns within 48 hours of submission.
-
Maintain access to all accounts required for campaign management (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Business).
Service Scope & Limitations

Packages include only the services listed. Extra requests may require a custom quote or package upgrade.

Roussell Media Co. is not responsible for outcomes outside our control, including:

Social media algorithm changes
-
Platform restrictions or outages
-
Client delays in providing approvals or materials
Performance Guarantee
-
We guarantee delivery of the services outlined in each package.
-
While we use proven strategies, specific revenue or customer counts cannot be guaranteed due to external factors.
Cancellation Policy
-
Clients on recurring plans may cancel with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
-
Contract cancellations before term end result in an early termination fee (one month’s package rate).
-
Upfront plans cannot be canceled once services have begun.
Confidentiality
-
Both parties agree to keep business information and marketing strategies confidential.
-
Client data will never be shared with third parties without consent.
Amendments
-
Roussell Media Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Clients will be notified of material changes.
Performance Guarantee
Roussell Media Co. offers a performance-based guarantee for first-time clients who purchase either the Growth or Domination package.
Guarantee: If we do not generate a minimum of 15 new paying customers within the first 30 days of your campaign start date, we will continue working at no additional cost until that goal is met, for up to 30 additional days.
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

The client must purchase the Growth or Domination package. The Starter package and all recurring or contract-based plans are excluded from this guarantee.

The client must provide all requested brand assets, business information, content (photos/videos), and approvals within 7 days of onboarding.

The client must maintain consistent campaign access, budget, and availability for the duration of the campaign. Delays, pauses, or non-responsiveness void the guarantee.

The business must have a reasonable product or service price point that aligns with the campaign objective (i.e., low-barrier, direct-response-friendly offers).
-
For seasonal businesses, the campaign must be launched during or leading into their peak operating season (as determined by Roussell Media Co.).

“New paying customers” are defined as individuals who were not previously engaged with your business and who complete a verifiable purchase, appointment, or sign-up as a result of the campaign.

Tracking must be enabled through analytics tools, call tracking, UTM links, ad platform data, form submissions, or other attribution methods agreed upon during onboarding.
The extended service period (“work for free”) will match the original package scope and does not include additional deliverables, revisions, or ad spend beyond the original agreement.
Roussell Media Co. reserves the right to determine whether the above requirements have been met in good faith and whether the guarantee applies. This guarantee is limited to one use per client.
